Meet
Jeremy Vickery Jeremy has been with Big Idea for about a year and a half now. He is a key player in Big Idea's team of modelers, the folks who sculpt the three dimentional computer images of characters, props and sets. Even though he's only 24 years old, Jeremy has seen a lot of the world! He's travelled to nearly 40 different countries to do missions work, following his passion to spread the Gospel to those who have never heard it. After his travels, Jeremy went to animation school in Orlando, Florida, and settled in Chicago when he started working with Big Idea in 1997. And, two months after he started working with Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber, Jeremy married Holly Mathews - who's now a production coordinator at Big Idea! Jeremy especially loves being able to tell stories through visual media - to use the tools of his trade to make people's lives better. "I love knowing what I do every day is having an impact," he said. His big contribution to Larry-Boy and the Rumor Weed, other than all the cool new veggie characters, is the Rumor Weed herself. Based on concept designs from Joe Sapulich, Jeremy built the weed into the most complex digital model ever to appear in an episode of VeggieTales®! "This is like a dream job," Jeremy said, "to be able to do what I do every day."
